This first episode of ‘Seed to Plate’ cooking show, features Chef Russell Auckbaraullee, owner of Penthouse Catering, and Danny Raposo known as ‘The Stoner Chef Canada’, watch as they prepare Sushi infused with cannabis.
Now Chef Russell Auckbaraullee is a master at making sushi, and even hosts cooking classes. As for Danny Raposo, he was practically raised among chefs; Danny’s dad was a chef and he has been learning the ways of the kitchen since he was about 9 or 10 years old. He started working in a kitchen at the age of 16 working closely with many chefs at the Toronto Royal York Hotel and many other high end places in the G.T.A. As it relates to cooking cannabis infused foods, Danny has been doing this for decades.
